          Duties and Responsibilities

·       Listing incoming correspondence in the register

·       Register outgoing correspondence

·       Distributing files to action officers

·       Receiving files for action officers

·       Receiving files returning to the registry from Executives

·       Returning files to racks/filling cabinets or other storage locations

·       Monitoring the circulation of files within the Institution (file tracking)

 

Qualifications

To be employed a person who has completed Form Four (IV) or Form Six (VI) Education, who has completed a Diploma (NTA level 6) in the field of Registry from Government-recognized Institutions, and who has computer skills.
