About the Role
As a Territory
Manager, you’ll be a field leader
responsible for managing, coaching, and supporting our on-the-ground sales
teams within designated zones. You’ll ensure targets are achieved, customer
relationships are strengthened, and market opportunities are captured.
You’ll oversee multiple Territory Supervisors, each managing
sales operations across six districts:
Ilala, Kariakoo, Kinondoni, Temeke, Ubungo, and Kigamboni. Your leadership
will drive consistent performance, accountability, and territory coverage.
Key Responsibilities
·
Lead and mentor sales supervisors,
representatives, and tele-sales teams.
·
Collaborate with management to develop and assign
monthly, quarterly, and annual sales
targets.
·
Conduct market research to identify growth
opportunities, customer needs, and competitive trends.
·
Monitor and report
sales performance through daily,
weekly, and monthly tracking.
·
Coach and support sales representatives to improve customer engagement and
conversion rates.
·
Ensure timely lead follow-up, order fulfillment, and customer
satisfaction.
·
Build and nurture strong client relationships to
drive repeat business.
·
Coordinate sales
campaigns, promotions, and outreach initiatives with management.

Enforce company policies, ethical practices, and performance standards.
•
Identify and recommend process improvements to
enhance sales effectiveness.
QUALIFICATIONS
o
A motivated
leader with strong communication and organizational skills.
o
Experienced in sales management, field operations, or FMCG distribution of atleast 3
years
o
Strategic thinker who thrives in a dynamic,
team-oriented environment.
o
Passionate about coaching, performance
excellence, and customer success.
