Duties and Responsibilities

·        Inspecting the vehicle before and after the trip to determine the vehicle's safety status;

·        Sending employees to various locations on business trips;

·        Performing minor vehicle repairs;

·        Collecting and distributing various documents;

·        Filling in and maintaining all trip information in the trip log;

·        Cleaning the car; and

·        Perform other duties as directed by his/her Supervisor.

 

Qualifications

·        The applicant must have completed Form IV and obtained a Form IV Examination Certificate. He must have a Class 'E' or 'C' driving license with at least one (1) year of driving experience without causing an accident, along with training certificates that qualified him to obtain the relevant classes and must have attended the Basic Driving Course provided by the Vocational Training Academy (VETA) or another institution recognized by the Government.
