Duties and Responsibilities
Listing incoming correspondence in the register
Register outgoing correspondence
Distributing files to action officers
Receiving files for action officers
Receiving files returning to the registry from Executives
Returning files to racks/filling cabinets or other storage
locations
Monitoring the circulation of files within the Institution
(file tracking)
Qualifications
To be employed by someone who has completed Form Four (IV)
or Form Six (VI) Education, who has completed a Diploma (NTA level 6) in the
field of Record Keeping from Government-recognized Institutions, and who has
computer skills.
