A reputable Supermarket based in Dar es Salaam is inviting qualified, motivated, and experienced individuals to apply for the following positions:

1.     Procurement Officer – (1 Post)

Responsibilities:

Identify and evaluate potential suppliers

Negotiate prices, and terms of delivery

Manage inventory levels by forecasting demand and planning purchases

Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards

Monitor sales performance and develop strategies to meet targets

Monitor market trends and new products.

Maintain accurate procurement records and new products

Collaborate with store management to meet sales and operational goals.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Procurement, or related field

Proven experience in procurement or purchasing preferably in retail or supermarket environment

Strong negotiation and communication skills

Ability to analyze market data and forecasts

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.

2.     Barista – (1 Post)

Work Station: Dar es Salaam

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality coffee and beverages

Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a welcoming environment

Maintain cleanliness and organization at the workspace

Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment
