GENERAL MANAGER - ELEPHANTO HOTEL

Position: General Manager

ü   Key Responsibilities

ü  To Develop and implement the hotel’s strategic plans, goals, and performance targets.

ü  To Ensure alignment with brand standards and international best practices.

ü  To Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and revenue management.

ü  To Monitor key performance indicators (e.g., occupancy rates, RevPAR, cost control).

ü  Supervise all hotel departments including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Spa, and Maintenance.

ü  Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and personalized service delivery.

ü  Lead recruitment, training, and retention of high-quality staff.

ü  Oversee staff performance management and succession planning.

ü  Ensure adherence to professional standards, grooming, and etiquette.

 

·       Qualifications and Requirements

ü  Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).

ü  Minimum of 4+ years of progressive experience in hotel management.

ü  Proven experience in managing luxury or five-star hotel operations.

ü  Strong leadership, financial, and strategic management skills.

ü  Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.

 

·       Working Conditions

ü  Full-time executive role with extended working hours as required.

ü  High level of interaction with customers, staff, and stakeholders.

ü  Fast-paced, high-pressure luxury hospitality environment.
