Branch Manager at MKOMBOZI COMMERCIAL BANK

ü Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field.

ü Experience

3-5+ years of experience in management, leadership role within retail banking

Proven experience in sales, customer service, and people management.

Job Responsibilities

ü  Recruit, train and monitor branch staff to ensure high performance and a motivated workforce

ü  Set and monitor performance objectives and provide regular feedback

ü  Foster a positive and collaborative work environment

ü  Excellent communication, decision-making and problem-solving abilities

ü  Solid understanding of financial and accounting principles

ü  Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and work under pressure
